Back-Orders: (YOU CAN STILL PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS ON BACK-ORDER: YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND THE BACK-ORDER PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, USUALLY 4 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER): Most of the time, we are NOT subjected to back-orders, however, every once a while, demand is greater than our supply. If there is a back-order on a particular product, we will do our best to mark that product so you will know that it is on back-order. Thank you.

To Cancel or Change an Order:
Please send us a return e-mail of your order receipt within 24 hours from placing the order. Write “cancel” in the subject area of the e-mail following your order number. If you only want a portion of the order canceled, please cancel out the original order completely and then redo another order with the changed products to ensure correct shipping charges.

If you want to confirm your cancellation, then please wait for a cancellation confirmed e-mail from us or call the office to confirm the cancellation.

To Cancel an Auto-Ship order:
If you are on the “Auto-Ship” program. Please send us an e-mail at least two weeks before the arrival date of your scheduled food delivery. If you still have the original order e-mail receipt simply forward the e-mail receipt to us with “Cancel Auto-ship” written in the subject. If you do not have the original e-mail receipt then please include all pertinent information: name / address / food items / delivery date

Example… if your food delivery is scheduled for the first of every month please send us an e-mail with “Cancel Auto-ship” written in the subject area two weeks before the first of the month.

We need a two week notice for any cancellations or changes because many orders are shipped out 10 days before the scheduled delivery date of your order to ensure on-time delivery. Some people live on the opposite side of the country which can take up to 10 days transit.

If you want to confirm your cancellation, then please wait for a cancellation confirmed e-mail from us or call the office to confirm the cancellation.

“Auto-Ship” program price changes:
Unfortunately the food industry changes prices constantly. We will continue to do our best in upholding the lowest prices possible with the distributors and manufacturers that we deal with. However we do not have control over the distributors and manufactures fluctuating and raising prices. We will do our best to uphold the original price that you signed up with on the Auto-Ship program.

Nevertheless, if the distributors and or manufactures raise the prices significantly, then we must raise the prices as well. Luckily the price increases are usually very small, only $.50 to a few dollars. Also, if we are forced to raise our prices other web sites and merchant stores will also be raising their prices as well because many of the web sites and merchant stores deal with the same distributors and or manufactures, which means even if some of the products increase in price, we will still have low competitive prices to offer the consumer.
