Within 30 days from purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or if
the product is damaged, please contact Premium Foods Online by the above email or phone number for instructions on how to receive your refund or exchange.
For all raw foods, due to the nature of the food being raw, there is a 2 day return or exchange, which is from the 1st day that you receive the food. If the food arrives damaged or not cold in the center, then please call or email for a return or an exchange before the 2nd day.
Please ship to an address where someone will be available to accept the order. If this is not possible, please leave a note for UPS on the scheduled day of delivery with instructions on where to leave it. We can only guarantee the food will stay frozen for 3 days from shipment, so if UPS is not able to deliver the shipment, there is a possibility that the food will begin to thaw. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for frozen orders that are unable to be delivered.
Please allow up to two weeks for an exchange and up to six weeks for a refund depending on how you want to be refunded.
