How to Use
Use one bag of Silica-Sand (3.8L) per litter box. Fill the box with Silica Sand for 3 to 5cm from the bottom of the box for the best result. If you have more than on cat, use the same amount of litter and change it more often.

Unlike the clumping litter, you don’t have to replace the litter as often as your cat uses.

Standard cycle of replacement:

One cat ... about every 20 to 30 days.
Two cats ... about every 10 to 15 days.
Three cats ... about every 5 to 10 days.


How to make this lasts longer...

*Dry the litter in the sun.

*Take the hood off the litter box sometimes, if your box has a hood.


How to Dispose

When you replace the litter, according to the standard cycle, the old litter can be scattered on the ground or buried. In a month or so, it will go back to soil. You can also treat this as noninflammable trash. Follow the trashing policy in your community.

When scattering on the ground, scatter on sunny ground. It will become soil quicker. If you bury, keep 1-meter distance front the plants.

Each grain of Silica Gel, main component of Silica-Sand, has countless holes. These holes function as straw to absorb water.

Silica Gel is made of natural silicon. This is used for food additives, and it is very safe.

Cautions
Do not use this product other than as pet litter.

Please use litter tray that does not have shifting tray or a drainboard.

Do not play with the emptied bag. This is not a toy.

Do not flush, since this does not dissolve into water.

Please keep this in dry area to avoid absorbing moisture in the air. It will reduce the absorption power of the product.

You may start using this product little by little with other litter you are using to have your cat get used to this.

When absorbing liquid, Silica-Sand may make small noise and generate heat for a while. This is not harmful to your cat.

If Silica-Sand scatter outside the litter box, clean with vacuum cleaner.

Absorption power might weaken in wet weather.
