GUIDELINES FOR BASKETS:

1. These baskets are EMPTY for YOU to fill up with items of your choice (items of your choice are priced individually): We will try our best to fill the baskets with the products you choose; However, we cannot guarantee that all the products you choose can actually fit in the basket. If some of the products do not fit, they will still be shipped, just not inside of the basket.

2. NO PEOPLE products, "LIFE ABUNDANCE" products, FROZEN PRODUCTS or "LAST CHANCE ITEMS"* can go inside the baskets.

* "Last Chance Items" are snack items that can be added during the checkout process, with free shipping.

3. The BEST type of pet products to select from this website, for the baskets, are the smaller items. A basic guideline is as follows:
= Small baskets can usually hold 2 to 3 lbs of smaller products.
The basket size is 10 inches diameter and 3.5 inches deep.
= Medium baskets can usually hold 4 to 5 lbs of smaller products.
The basket size is 12 inches diameter and 3.5 inches deep.
= Large baskets can usually hold 6 to 7 lbs of smaller products.
The basket size is 14 inches diameter and 4 inches deep.

4. ALL GIFT BASKET ORDERS must be placed SEPARATELY from any other products that you are NOT going to place in the basket: Example: if you want to order a Gift Basket and smaller products to go inside…..AND a 25 lb bag of food with 24 cans, you must place 2 SEPARATE ORDERS. Unfortunately, Gift Baskets do not ship well with other products and could be damaged.

5. During your Gift Basket checkout, you can write a Gift Message in the COMMENT SECTION in the checkout: Your MESSAGE will be placed on the PACKING SLIP.

6. Gift Baskets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only the products are guaranteed.

7. Currently, all baskets are: cream in color, stuffed with red tissue paper, and clear cello wrap, with gold and red ribbons ties. As of now, there are no other colors to choose from. These particular selections allow us to keep our cost down, which benefits the consumer.
